i found the check in easy. ms. victoria was helpful at check in. i liked the nice atmosphere. the room was new and clean too.

the room decor was very black. the view from my room seemed like a prison cell. the bathroom was also very black.

The staff were helpful. My room had a hairdryer mirror and toiletries which was really helpful. The hotel provided a free drinks machine in the downstairs lounge it was quite convenient. The rooms were comfortable it was nice.

The tv had very limited channels for english speaking travellers.

The terrace included with the room provided excellent space though better outdoor furniture would enhance the experience further it was nice. My room was very clean it had interesting details that added to its character making my stay even better. The room looked over the inside garden it was without any odors adding to the pleasant environment.

While I did not dine in the hotel's dining room, the surrounding area had many restaurants that offered different cuisines. I was able to try several local bistros and brasseries located right outside the hotel this added great value. It was easy to find a great meal without having to travel far.

The hotel had a perfect location to visit the city i had everything at walking distance this made exploring very convenient. I was close to multiple metro stations it provided easy access to different parts of the city. The hotel was located in a quiet side street away from the busy main roads.

totally awesome stay!

The staff greeted us so warmly! they were on it, not wasting any time getting things done. the location rocks. You can walk to everything! it's a quick hop to gallerie lafayette and a nice walk to other spots. plus, there is a fantastic thai place right next door. i really wanted a fridge in the room though.

the room was pretty cold at night, even with the heater cranked up to 25°c. also, i noticed a bit of a weird smell around the lobby! the shower head needed a good scrub, and i could hear loud music from somewhere nearby, a bummer.

the receptionist, adela, offered helpful advice about local spots.

The room felt cold when i arrived, and the conditioner alone did not warm it sufficiently. it took three hours and a request for an additional heater to improve the temperature. even then, the bathroom floor remained uncomfortably cold. It was a very unpleasant experience, given the cold weather. the decor was too dark.

The location is perfect for leisurely strolls. It feels safe, even late at night. the bed and pillows felt so soft, that gave me a restful night. the easy checkin was a nice bonus.

The room i booked wasn't quite what i expected. I found that the room was dark, a bit small. it wasn't the most amazing surprise.

I appreciated the family room. It featured two separate bedrooms, ideal for my teenagers! The toilet was located on one side, while the shower was on the other. Transport connections were convenient, and I found numerous restaurants right outside the hotel. The shower also provided a very nice experience after a long day.
